We offer primary teleconsultations, second opinions, follow ups and E- prescriptions. You can contact for further details.
Can I choose my preferred doctor for teleconsultation?
Yes, you can select your preferred doctor based on availability. Our team will assist you in scheduling an appointment with the specialist of your choice.
What should I prepare for my teleconsultation session?
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for your session for at least an hour, join the consultation link a few minutes prior.
How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by contacting our support team via phone or email. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Are in-person consultations still available?
No, currently we are online based, but soon offline mode will be available in Andhra Pradesh near you.
